well this christmas was a little bit better than last ( when i got $100 and a cooler). This year my parents got me an external DVD burner (not in yet though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif ), a new cordless for my room, metric & english socket set, 3 different sized robogrips, a set of screwdrivers, and a road atlas (cause im going away to school //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif )

my ex GF got me a liquor dispensor (looks like a gas pump, its awesome), beer mug lights to hang in my apartment at Bloomsburg, and a sign that say "Best head in town" with a picture of a beer and some bar's name. needless to say, i opened that last 1 in front of my parents and i was so embarassed.

no money from my parents this year, but my grandparents gave me the usual $25. woot

edit: i forgot. the BEST present i go was earlier today when my dad told me i didnt have to pay him back the almost $900 bill for repairing my blazer. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

lucky for me my parents were never home so i was pretty much on my own since i was a lad. had its ups and downs but it was nice when i moved out because it was pretty much nothing new minus the bills

i dont really have a great desire to move out, cause im almost completely independant. my parents put absolutley no rules on me since i turned 18, and i pay for almost everything except shelter and utilities. of course this will stop when i move out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

i've always had that drive to do great things without any favors at all. it seems to me that too many people settle for less now days. but i guess i will always need someone to man the gas pumps for me. and in a few years do the back breaking labor for my company once its in my hands.... so carry on fellow

well considering my dad makes $155k as a civil engineer (most engineers make a handsome salary), i think i could afford a decent suburban home and a bimmer an still have plenty of money for groceries.
