back in the early 90's some a-hole dragged off our pair of seadoo's...

i was mad as hell... i was only 6 or 7, but i was mad as hell lol...

personally i'd try as hard as i could to locate the owner, and if that failed, bring the owners of the lot into it... they're usually pretty generous with "finders-keepers"
