So stressed out. 1 dead.

So we threw a party saturday night. (made up of mostly 16-18 year olds) and the kegs were bought by myself and another guy. Im 17 i just put the deposit on my credit card, he paid for em. anyways cops showed up at the party, noone got tickets but they said noone leaves and to lock the gate to the driveway so noone can drive out. So that was fine, no drunk driving, no MIPs. I wake up the next moring to find that the guy that i bought the kegs with wrecked his car and killed someone. He is now being charged with intoxication manslaughter and killed an innocent person.

now im worried about a) that i could be responsible because the kegs were partially mine. and b) im just freaking out cause ive never had to deal with this in my partying 'career' i guess you could say. I just felt thati needed to vent somewhere. and also im wondering what kind of legal trouble i could get into if any.

Nah man you have nothing to do with your friend's mistake. I dont think there is much legal action that can be taken against you, lol you can't contribute to minors if you are a minor. It's his own dumb ass fault for driving drunk

the cops know everything. spent a good few hours tlakin to em. so theres nothing theyll find out here that they dont know
