No, it's not. From what I've heard from my friends in Denver you have to be a part of a club or social group or something. Any joe schmo can't just walk into a dispensary and buy.

I live in Colorado and its Legal but you can't buy till jan 1st but there are plenty of dab bars everywhere just have to pay a small fee and you can do all the dabs you want! I have my license so I can go any time Colorado is the **** and yes you can just walk down the street and blaze all you want cops don't bother us pot heads I work in denver and its just the casual thing to do in Colorado it's awesome!!!

Its legal in Washington as well but you cant buy it till the 1st either, but it is not illegal to posses or smoke it right now. You cant smoke in public though, it would be the same as drinking in public.

You can Smoke in public it's not legal but cops won't bother you before it became legal they made a law making pot the lowest ofence you could get in a fine but that's if a cop is going to waist his time giving a ticket smaller than a parking fine. The best way to smoke in public is blunts or joints or a vape pen so unless your taking bong hits and blasting it in a cops face it's cool to blaze where ever out side my fave is when I'm disc golfing with bluts and beer!!!
