Old news is probably old, but how is this going to affect their quality?

I noticed that they can't complete the about us section or spell company...

looks like that deal was done in 2005 and they moved ID into the Powerbass facilities in 2010. Supposedly still making the drivers here in the US as of last year IDK about this new IDv4 stuff though,.

I remember checking the website for like a year and a half and seeing Erics message. I think I looked less than a month ago, so the site must went live with in the last couple weeks or so.

Pretty sure ID will remain the same after all the man behind the entire company went to Powerbass. I doubt he would join forces unless things would go his way.

eric borrowed money from the owner of powerbass ,then later ,not sure how long ,the powerbass owner pushed out eric and did a hostile take over of the company .side note: the power bass owner is the son of the owner of the largest speaker builder in china ,they build pioneer ,alpine,kicker,sony and just about every other low to mid level speaker that you can buy ,with the exception of a few.

I think WD was referring to whoever "made" ID what they were. Not necessarily Eric but the "brains" behind the operation.

If I was Eric I would just start a new company. I'm not sure how much the start-up cost but it can't be much since everyone and their brother is starting their own sub lines!
