how do u think 4 RE10's would compare to one RL-P 15. ive got the 15 sealed right now, not ported. and i may build a trunk floor and try to get the 15 in, but im getting a pay check friday and ....well....u always waste the first one LOL. i will have enuff for the subs, already have an amp, have a table saw and shit to build the box, so its not gunna cost an arm and a leg. what do u guys think? u think it would be worth tradin it out? im not sellin the 15, if i do this setup its going in my brothers car, so please...no offers. any opinions with reasoning behind them would be appreciative. they WiLL be ported, and will be ran off an eD nine.1. Also when i ask about them being louder, the rl-p is sealed and the RE10's would be ported, so that may out weigh the single sub to the multi-count of the RE-10's. If i do this, i KNOW i will not have as much low end, but for the amount i have from rl-p in such a small enclosure..i may have more lol. I know the "consequences" of 10's from a 14, but i believe it would be neat to try em out atleast. I can always sell em around town for what I payed because they are so cheap, people wont believe they can have 4 10's "that loud" for, 220 bucks LOL. Y'all think the expirementation should go on?

I think it would be a fun project at the same time wasting your money. If you are happy with the RL-p I see no reason to buy any more equipment.

The 4 10's are probably going to be louder. But it will have equal if not more low end. A 15 will have more low end extension than a 10 but 4 10's. I could imagine it ported to 32hz would be amazing.

im "happy" with the 15...but i'm always wanting something new, and that sounded fun. I MAY be able to even fit 4 12's because no matter what i do, its being built in the trunk of my car. my idea was to lay some type of cover over my trunk, so when i glued it and all, it wouldnt ruin my trunk, so it shouldnt be a problem. the options, the options haha. either setup would be an awesome deal to do, and possibly not THAT hard. i just gotta see how it is to build in the trunk lol. but its all good, ill figure something out.

well for one reason or another, the little floor cover in my car fell through, my sub leaned forward, hit my plastic panels, hit the surround a few times on the panels, put a hole in the surround. i dont think it sounds too bad, but im gunna let my bro get it if he wants it cuz he just likes a little bass. so maybe ill pick up 1 15 inch MOFO or something to that effect, but i want SOME sound quality, but i havent heard much other than "they get loud".

i've decided to save up around 450-500 bucks and buy a GOOD sub, for the power and space i have. i dont think the space is an issue if i can build in the trunk, so what do u guys reccommend??
