only thing is if you get caught with it like that, its a federal offense and will get you PRISON time.

There was a local electrician here that did something similar. Tapped off of the line before the meter where it came down in the wall....couldn't see it at all.

Something happend with his meter and it had to be changed out, and when they pulled the meter and his lights stayed on they knew something was up, got 7 years and had to pay so many hundreds of thousands of dollars of fines

Figured it was in the ghetto or somewhere you can get away with something like that. Electricans and the cable guy are prolly too scared to come around the neighborhood.

my invoice stated paid with mail order when my transaction was credit card. they never claimed my credit card payment and i was reimbursed the amount to my account. i have never been called or contacted or anything and it's been months!
