I qualify a company which I work for. The owners are retiring. Its been an established company here in Boca Raton for the past 35 years. I handle the day to day while they sit at home, drink and float in their pool lol

I hold the license for them. Well secondary in the event something bad happens to the owner. Ill keep the place running and feed all the childrens here. We have 13 office staff and 15 techs on the road in 12 trucks.

That sounds like a nice job, so you kinda run the business for them? Actually the owners are the lucky ones if they are just relaxing all day. How's the company doing profit wise? Big growth?

we do about 4 million a year in sales, we have A LOT of over head at the current moment. We just branched out statewide as well. They want to keep getting bigger, I keep fighting them to keep it where its at or Id have to hire more help and that s ucks in this industry now. No good people out there currently
