Thx for the replies guys. I have been very busy and have not ha a chance to do anything. With that said, I have been playing music like normal and the mids have acted up once. I have 2 spare component sets that I plan to hookup when I have the time. I will try and setup the components on a short run. One thing stands out now that you mention ground... I drilled a hole through my cabin to the chasis and have 2 terminals stacked over the sanded chasis. Regular loop over sub copper terminal, I also sprayed a clear sealant over them when I first set this up to reduce/prevent rust. Fast forward and I replaced the mid ground terminal before I rewired each speaker. I'll resand the ground and polish each terminal with another spray seal, doubt this is the issue but worth a shot. I did do the rca-3.5mm at the amp and the issue had still occurred. I have replaced all speaker wire (except tweeters from crossovers) and I will relocate the crossovers when I get a chance. Now that I mention tweets, I might as well replace tweet wiring and pray to god that's the issue.
