Do you attend lots of SPL comps? Go to lots of car shows? What do you drive?
Give me so info about what you can do in terms of showing off the mags, and I may be able to put something together for you.

My name is Dominik Im 21 years old and I drive a 93 Infiniti J30. I have been in car audio for the last 3-4 years. I have never been to a dB drag, but I really want to get into it next season. I think the Mag is a perfect driver for that. I visit alot of the online forums and post alot about new subwoofers and toys, of course giving some small reviews on what I liked and didnt like.
I defenitely like to switch out drivers ofter, but if I find one I like then I will keep it for a long time. I really fell in love with the old first generation Magnum I had and I wanna give this one a shot.
I was just going to write a big review for a regular stock RE SX 12 vs a 12 SX hybrid. If you can make this happen I could include the MAG and possibly an Fi Q if I get my hands on one. Let me know, thanks for your time.

Thanks for that info. If you could just show me proof that you were offered a SI mag 12 for $375, I could work something out and even lower that price for you
I just can't give anyone a great deal though who says they were offered one for $375 shipped. People would just come to me all the time saying, I can get one for $350, can you match it?
So just show me an email or something then I will throw an even nicer price your way.

The pre-order has been over for quite some time now. The Direct
Price on a 12" unit shipped within the continental U.S. is $350 shipped.
Older soft-parts are no longer available. The build of the
older drivers was simply not up to par with what we are currently
building and we refuse to go back to those soft parts. Re-cone kits for
the new drivers, however, will drop right in place for the older units.
The dust-cap, however, will have to be re-used as the claw basket does
not allow enough clearance for the new dust caps.

Nick said the preorder price of $350 is over now. Which means that you can't get them for $350 anymore.
Then he was saying that because of the new soft parts, the prices have gone up since then.
Also, I thought you said Audio Junkies quotes you $375 for a 12? I am good friends with Lukas, and he said that he said he would offer $375, because that is what SI quoted you months ago. Is that how it all went down?
Also, if you can get one from Nick at that price, I would go for it. But I don't think he will be willing to sell that low.

The preorder price for the MAG 12 was actually 300 shipped. Here ya go:

I don't doubt how the older Magnum is holding up / performing. They were/are
very good woofers, but the new Mag's are just that much better. And yes, the
older Magnum's used a slightly modded TC9 motor with a 3" core and a 2.2"
winding height built by TC Sounds (of course).

He quoted me the direct price, which is 350 shipped. I dont see why you say he wont go that low. He stated it himself.
The other part about the soft parts, was me inquiring whether or not SI has any recone kits for the old claw Magnum, its has nothing to do with the pricing.
AudioJunkies did quote me 375 tho. But then I found the email I got from Nick Lemons.
Just be real with me, I know how this business works. I know that you are still making money off the 350 shipped price tag. I honesltly dont see how this has to get so confusing. I told you about myself, and how I could show off the magnum. I gave you the quotes I got from Nick Lemons for factory direct price. If you want to sell me a Mag 12 for 350 shipped, then fine.
