How did that install on the Tacoma go? I have a friend that has one and he is interested in adding subs but thought there was no room.

He's signed off on doing the install when he comes back from Iraq in a few months.

Im still planning to go with the Scorche box, and maybe replace the sub with an Alpine R or something along those lines.... and a Brutus amp ~ 1500 watts. The stock scorche speaker is only something like 300 rms at 4 ohms, and the brutus puts out around 500 at 4 ohms so thats close enough - especially since its a sealed box.

The volume was .4 in the scorche tacoma box.

I looked at that 2 12" box, and I didnt like how it looked (and neither did the customer)
