SMD DD1 and CC1 Rental

I have both. Been thinking about starting a rental program where you rent my product(s) for a fee. My fee would include shipping to you. You send it back. There would be a deposit which would get refunded once I got the product back.

I was thinking $50 rental fee gets you both products. Just trying to figure out a good deposit without making a brother go broke. Would a $200 deposit refunding $150 once I received my product back be feasible????

For 50 bucks you could get a voltmeter measure voltage..

If you dont need it sell it.

For example you have a 3kw. And you are running a one ohm load.

You know power you know impedance so finding voltage is the sqrt of power *resistance.

3000*1= 3000 the sqrt of 3000 is 54 volts.

If rise is 2ohm and the amp is rated at 1500 the voltage will be the same!

This is true. But if they are running an amp, for example AudioPipe, setting using a DMM is gonna have high distortion. With DD1 at least they can see when distortion hits.

Plus this allows you to see where your head-unit starts distorting. And the CC1 allows you to set subsonic filter, lowpass, and highpass filters
