Not according to the guys at the shop where I bought my MMats Pro Audio sub. They said I shouldn't have wasted my money on a JL Audio 500/1v2. I didn't care to explain to them I picked it up for $120 shipped.

Good buy! If I were making a small build, that amp is killer for only $120. Full retail is a different story...

How are you liking the Excelon h/u, Slappin? I've been debating whether or not to buy my buddies x592 to replace my Pioneer p6600.

Its pretty good, nothing too special but gets the job done, got the basic HpF, Lpf, filters and such, 4 volt preouts, 3 sets of preouts.

Don't forget USB input. So much more convenient...

These subs aren't bad at all, Just hooked em up today, but had to remove my amp from under the panels due to overheating, and sending the amp into protection, oh well, more space for batteries n such.

I wanna see what these things do with more power to them when i get the second amp wednesday. =)

You should paint the box like a Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich, that way it looks more at home in your lunchbox.

On par though, looks like a pretty standard box build, also looks loud
