I was never compensated for anything other then the money I has invested into the subwoofer.

The subwoofer was in fact tested and working before it left - I just got it back from the customer (of who already said I have always had contact with him, refunded him promptly, etc) - UPS had damaged it, it was not blown.

He told you it was tested before it left, then blamed the sub on the box size, then on you because you messed it up. I highly doubt he would have replaced that sub had this thread not been here. All he is trying to do is save face and its pretty obvious.

Now he is going to just start blaming the shipping company because you called him out on these responses LOL.
