Read it - please. Because you all are just jumping to conclusions for anyone looking to bash - we have been there every step of the way to help the customer in question in that thread since he originally contacted us - and even made sure we made phone contact so that he felt taken care of. It is a simple subwoofer issue, of which will be replaced as soon as we get the woofer back. If you want to ask him about the customer service, please feel free - because he has always gotten immediate answers as well as the phone support on the issue in a prompt manner - as we are trying to show you all that we are here to help.

The thread advertised (4) for sale from the uninstall.
@neogen , @rdlyn13000 each appeared to have bought (1) ; @Richardg got (2) , and I got (2).... plus @SkarAudio had another (2) advertised.
That makes (8) subs on a For Sale thread that said (4) were removed from that install.

AND, the exact same ad/pics can be found on at least one other forum (SMD). How many might have been sold elsewhere via the same ad....??

Plus, when I got mine, the boxes said "Tested 5/28 KS"
Now, if these were pulled, working, from a 1 week old install, then why the fukk would they need tested??

1. All Subwoofers are tested before shipping, whether new or B-Stock - whether pulled out of an install one week old or not. I would think you might be happier we test them then not doing so =)

2. We sell hundreds of speakers, and it is not uncommon to have more then say a listed 4 B-Stock 12s for sale, as we may get more in after a listing, etc. If we had 2 more lying around then we would have accepted a customers payment for 2 more. That is likely what happened if 3 customers purchased 2 subs each in a listing for four.

The testing of the subs that were supposedly pulled from a 1 week old, working install.....fair enough.

Calling them "B-stock" here, now, when they were advertised as they were in that thread ...... whole different ballgame.

 

So, are you saying that some of us got the "like new" ones from the uninstall, while others got your "B-stock" subs?

 

Sounds like it, and that is NOT cool and I consider that to be 'misleading' me as a buyer, at the least!

Of course he did because once it's out in the public he always finally caves to pressure and does what he should have done from the start.
