When I said backed by you I meant that you were the one shipping them out. If people didnt get their product it was in your hands and not his.

If we get an order from Skar we ship them -- we simply warehouse them once they arrive to the USA and send them out. We don't own them and don't have authority to send orders out without getting an order from Skar. If we don't receive an order and someone makes a claim to us that they ordered something there is nothing that we can do as the product doesn't belong to us and orders don't go through me. I want to be very sure nobody is confused about the relationship here.

As far as I'm aware everyone got their subs -- we shipped out a bunch of them as soon as they arrived.

As Aaron stated -- we've never had a Sundown related complaint about Kevin or any complaints about his handling of the VVX-12 woofer. Not one complaint. If we do that is a different story.
