Sittin on 42s!

OK,
LOL @ paying $10k+ for a 10+ year old vehicle with over 148k miles. Point being, you paid a crap ton of money for a way old vehicle with a shit ton of (misrepresented) miles. And furthermore, the vehicle was modified by god knows who, so that should have lessened the value of the vehicle.

You got fleesed bro.
dave ramsey fan??

your statement makes sense for any gas engine. diesel trucks hold there value very very well. you gotta remember its **** near $40,000 new truck

This is true, however, I'm lead to believe that with the lift, tires, and poor odometer/speedometer calibration the truck should be and is worth less than what was paid. Nevertheless, it is a badass truck. Would I have spent that kind of money on it? No. I'd buy an unmodified truck (diesel obviously) with that many miles and that old for that price, but I definitely would not purchase one modded like that for that kind of money. For every ass there's a seat. OP found his seat.

Yeaa i vote on the edge as well, Dad has a Sportsmobile-

And the edge tuners for the fords are just amazing, they put a lot of work into them....They do have some problems with Chevys which is what a lot of people complain about, but with the ford and the different on the fly tuning it is a night and day difference....that huge rig is getting ~22-25MPG depending on the mode its set on.

Like I said before edge attitude with juice. These people know. If you want more (which you prolly wont) you can start stacking chips.

idk if anyone replied to you, but from what i heard 250,000 miles is pretty much the breaking in part in a diesal truck.
Diesels last longer, but its still too much money for ANY vehicle that old and with that many miles IMO.

Dont care, he still paid higher than the blu book value on it, and like I said, I wouldnt pay that much for something that old, expecially when you dont know who did all the modifications to it...
