Sirius or a wind tunnel

Just got my car back from having a complete installation.

HU Alpine IDA-X305

The CD changer does not show up as an option in the source menu - they tell me the cd changer is defective?

The Sirius radio finds channels and shows the artist, song, etc. but no sound. In fact when I turn it up it sounds like wind?

Any thoughts on what it might be as I live an hour and 30 minutes from the shop that installed it.

deff something with how they have it connected via AI-net. did you buy the stuff from them, sounds like a half assed install

did they mess with the switch on the bottom side of the deck? if you can pull the deck out see what the setting is on the switch.
