If it's internal you might be ok, if it's the external dimensions and your using 3/4" MDF, your down to .67ft3 not including the sub displacement. Do a search, you'll find LOADS of information and 10,000,000 other people asking the same question.EDIT: If space is that big of an issue, I'd STRONGLY suggest looking into some of the shallow mount subs.
