Hello, just got a sk3 and don't really need the sk2.
All the packaging, manuals, carrying pouches, charger and earpiece will be included. When I first received the phone, I only took out the phone and charger and put everything else away in the closet so I could have it all later when I sell it. The phone iself is 100% functional. However, there are some small nicks on the buttons from normal day to day use. There's also one smudge on the screen that is very small and not noticible unless the screen is put in direct light. The smudge is next to the "T" in the T-mobile logo on the screen. The little dots on the screen are specks of dust. (I'll clean the phone up before sending and try to buff out the screen smudge). The buttons on the keyboard are in perfect condition, they all work properly, and not one of them is worn out. Here's a link to a high res pic of the phone and packaging:
