haha i love graigslist, but there are soo many scammers...i listed a kicker kx1200.1 on there and received an e-mail about it kinda similar but it also aksed me if i had any rooms to rent and they wanted to send me this check and asked for all my info...offering like 1200 a month for one room, i was like lol...
Same thing happened when I was selling my PSP on Ebay, some douche emails me saying "I want your PSP, I will paypal you if you take the listing down and I have my own FedEx account so shipping is free!"
I replied stating send me the money to see if he was a scammer. The sad/retarded part was this moron sends me a fake paypal email and when you click on the little paypal sign in the corner, it takes you to Yahoo!!!
Needless to say I sent him an email pic of my glock advising him he could pick up the PSP in person if he wanted.

The offer for my kicker he stated that he had a cashiers check that was for more then the amount and I could cash it and keep an extra 20 percent but I had to cash it and then immediately wire the rest of the money via western union. what a good deal for me cash a bad check then give him the money. I really wonder how many go through with these. I bet there are alot of people losing money. that one Louisiana got there is cool I would like to see that one, lol

Isn't craiglist based on local deals.... why don't you specify local and cash only...
