apparently the lawn mower gets up to 80 dbZ. but with these it will go down to 20 dbZ without music. And they have heavy cords and shit.

shure makes world renowned microphones used in almost every recording/live show (of course some people use different brands, but shure is top of the line), so that should justify the pricing. Bose is a great audio company, but in this case i think Shure > Bose

i dont understand why you're laughing. its been proven time and time again that Bose simply blows away the competition with lifelike sound and realism.

They make the best car audio too. I sat in a 350z last night and was simply BLOWN away by the realistic sound and life like bass.
