Many of the people and communities that are protesting have a healthy mistrust of police for good reason. They have been mistreated and we can be honest, bad cops span both black and white. Another life was taken by the hands of a person charged to serve and protect. The interaction with white officers as we have seen many times ends in death for minorities especially black men. We all watched a man place a knee in the neck of a man for close to 9 minutes and literally choke him out. In many ways if a black cop did it could have been worse. Nothing worse than one of your own turning his back on the community.</p></blockquote><p></p>
