This headset has been great to me. Great soundstage as it has 4 drivers in each ear. In-line volume allows you to control front, rear, center, sub channels as well as mic volume and mute functions. Mic is detachable which is great for when you are only watching movies or listening to music. My two complaints is that a) it's not that portable, and b) the cord for the wiring is somewhat flimsy. I used heatshrink wrap and electrical tape to reinforce the stress points. I also used better solder on the contacts in the earcups as well as the in-line volume control (I had one wire detach from it's contact so I decided to resolder everything). I opted for a more portable headset to use in different rooms in my house so I'm selling this one.
