They email me 11 days after I order an amp just to tell me that they won't have it in for awhile. They should have told me a long time ago. I could have ordered an amp from another site and it would already be here.

DEI 1100D refurb. Works great, I used my aunts credit card and shipped to me but I wasn't on her list or something so I got it changed to ship to her. They got it to me 2 days after that. No real complaints except they are hard to get ahold of.

Ordered an Orion 1200D that doesn't work for shit, after about a month of no respone I disputed it with my credit card company. I recieved a email today telling me to send it back and they will send a new one to me. I still think its worth it for what I paid.

It seems as though a lot of the people with problems had bought Directed stuff. As mentioned before, the Directed products come in a box saying they are factory refurbished. Makes me wonder about Directed Audio's quality.

I'm terrified to order from Ikesound after reading all this... :/ I really need a cheap amp though. I have an 18" SX on the way in the mail and a family mad at me for "wasting" money on something I can't use.

Oh that's not bad shipping at all... 130$ total for that directed amp? Man why can't they be more reliable so I wouldn't have any qualms about ordering! Has anyone ever ordered that specific amp and received it from Ikesound?
