Never understood how you can workout while sitting down. The only home based machine that I recommend is the EFI TotalGym (Chuck Norris *****)!</p><p></p><p>Other than that, a bench, stablility ball, Olympic bar with 300# of plates, dumbells up to like 100#, some elastic tubing, and maybe a cable machine or squat rack if you can fit it and afford it will get most people pretty **** far.</p></blockquote><p></p>
