OC-38 is designed to</p><p></p><p>adhere to the back of plastic panels to absorb rattles, and diminish airborne</p><p></p><p>sound. Once installed, it creates a cushion between the plastic panel and the</p><p></p><p>metal structure the panel is secured to. OC-38 helps reduce road noise, engine</p><p></p><p>noise and exhaust noise within the cabin of your car and helps keep the music in</p><p></p><p>your car. It is kinda of like weather stripping in sheet form, only made out of acoustical foam.
