Sending Flowers to that Special Lady

Let's keep this serious fellas.

Today i am leaving the country for vacation. On Thursday (Dec. 14) is Me and My Girl's 3 year anniversary. Since i am gone the only thing i can think of, to make her smile is send her flowers that she would not expect.

Who here has ever sent flowers to your loved ones? Did she get the flowers the day you set the delivery as? How was her reaction?

If you were in my position, instead of sending flowers, what would you do? Because ****, with the $70 bucks to deliver a dozen roses, is money i can use on my car. lol. What do you guys think?

Order the day before to ensure delivery on time... MANY same-day delivery places haven't delivered the same day when I've ordered my girl flowers.

roses are awesome but save those for another, special occasion -- instead have a nice bouquet made with a little stuffed animal or something (aka Knick Knack) that she likes with a sweet little memo/card mentioning your 3rd anniversary.

saving money!!! LOL.... and you will make her HAPPY! (well, it would me--girls point of view) doing the a-for mentioned shows you put thought into it.

(p.s... roses are ALWAYS good! Better when your man hands them to you in person tho')

i would find someone reliable to take her a gift relating to a memory from when you first started dating. thats what my girl and i did for our anniversay last week, also the three year mark (going on out 4th year now). she got me 50 first dates because we played hookie one day and took off to sack and ended up seeing that movie, its a long story. and she got me some other stuff. flowers and a small gift are perfect if you have someone to deliver for you.
