Security Tint

Has anyone got their car installed with some sort of security film/tint? I stumbled upon this LLumar security tint, and I am very interested in getting it for my car.

I was pulled over for my tint and need to take it off now. But I still want some from of protection from someone easily breaking in. This security film looks like the answer since they also make a clear film, except I can't find any info on what it would cost to install it.

looks pretty cool. does tint do something similar? cuz i'm not about to put this over my tint.

any film applied to the glass will hold it together when it breaks but i find it hard to see that it will not break that easily being hit that hard. once the glass breaks , getting in is easy. security film like that will cost 3 to 4 times as much as regular window film. i would just stay with regular tint
