i just ordered some second skin sound dampner from ebay and uh first day they shipped, they supplied me w/tracking number. but today, it says that the shipment is invalid. wtf is going on?

yea i got it off of ebay, ups is working now but it's not saying it's been shipped. it's saying "billing info recieved" all week. auction number is 3012081714 and i've already sent payment through paypal, i've tried to contact cd640mb@hotmail.com but i've had no response to the matter. thanks!
