just 1 q for go-n-def... Why would u even think of running 2 500/1 s instead of at least 2 1000/1 s or a 2500 d to those subs ..??

I already had two 500/1's. 1 was a replacement for the other after it blew and then I had it refurbed, so I ended up with 2 of them. I wanted to upgrade my sub, so I bought the 13w7. I want to replace the 500/1's with a 1000/1, but it'll wait for a while since I have my next few paychecks accounted for (1400>Jet ski engine, 1500>Camera, 200-300>power wires)...

Right now, I have them in a master/slave configuration, one to one voice coil and one to the other. I tuned the voltage evenly on them with my DMM...

Using firewall on the trunk makes more sence than using spectrum onthe trunk considering firewall is a much better product than original spectrum.. 1 layer of Firewall is about as good as 1.5 layers of Spectrum....
