It would, but it is going to be a decently expensive product. And for that specific application you might just want to go with something like our Heat Wave Pro Product. Cheap, light and effective.

I don't get it. What is the point? How many people are driving around in vehicles that are melting their firewalls?

We have a lot of race car guys call us looking for thermal insulation from the engine heat. This is a very light weight product that will get the job done for those guys.

I am not sure how much it will cost exactly but it will not be cheap.

I just got word today on the final size of the product:

24" x 36"

Each sheet should go for about $60 or so.
