When building a sealed or bandpass box sealing is important as you all say. When building a band pass how do you seal the last peice? If you seal the last peice the the speaker will be subjected to the fumes of the silcone right? Should i just not seal the last peice?

you seal the box then put the sub in 24 hours later

How am i gonna put the subs in a Sealed bandpass? Its totally enclosed, no plexi or anything.

if the cuts where clean then wood glue should do just fine. and it wont harm your sub.
