Scored a free older kenwood, they any good?

My sister and her boyfriend are finishing up with school and moving out of state, so he dropped off one of his old amplifiers and i gladly took it.

Its an old Kenwood KAC-729S, supposedly 100x2 @ 2 ohms, or 300x1 bridged. I guess he ran a single audiobahn (yes, i know) sub with it. A buddy of mine is trying to get rid of two 10" memphis's in a sealed box that i could score for cheap. Thinking about picking them up, althought they are 250RMS each, and hooking this amp up to em and throwing it in my girlfriends car for shits and giggles. good or bad idea?
