I don't need one of these
I imagine the gov will be the first to find a niche application and invest ridiculous amounts of cash to brute force create it. I imagine it won't take too long to trickle down but I imagine at first it'll be in very niche, almost novelty in scope until the computer scientist community really graps the potential and is able to run with it.
