Schools/DVDS

Hello, Im a newbie who wants to make a proffession out of Car audio/car detail/etc. Ive been browsing on the net a little and dont know which way I really want to get my feet wet. This site caught my eye.

But the schools there are nowhere near where I live. But was wondering if anyone has been to a school for this type of things/good schools to go to. Also on that site if you click the link to the fiberglass it has DVDS for about everything. I was wondering if its a good idea to order those or just a complete waste of money.

So if anyone could just give me some tips or a good school to go to I would appreciate it.

Iv been to Mobile Dynamics in AZ it was ok for a car audio newbe..

I took a look at Acoustic Edge,Installer Institute & Mobile Solutions

All look very good..

I dont know what your lookin to spen but in my area Car audio dosnt pay much..

The DVD's are great you can always take a look at them when you need to..

But Installing & Trying to be the best installer you can is the only way you will get better.. knolage is great using the knolage is better..

I never went to school or anything for it, I started at circuit city... knew most of my stuff except remote starts/alarms. They taught me how to do those there, and now I'm at one of the more respected custom shops in my area.

I've worked with/watched get fired four different people that have gone to those car audio schools. They don't give you any experience.
