Harassing could still become an issue if one person repeatedly calls.. Its not harassing if some one calls once or twice and is not asked to stop..

i would never partake in this type of thing BUT this is exactly why i would never screw someone over on the internet. most notably i would never screw over a young person on a site like this. most have nothing to lose so they will go MUCH farther to get revenge then an older person might. i would guess this guy is hating life right now
