scam..or no scam?

well i listed my brothers laptop for him on craigslist. now someone emailed me saying they wanted it. they said it was for their boss for an xmas gift, and they were going to pay through paypal.

well the laptop is used and has scratches on the front as well as a small crack (which doesnt affect anything). when they emailed me, all they said was their going to pay through paypal, and it was for their boss. they didnt mention nothing about the laptops condition or pics of it. the last email i got from them, said that they were getting it for their boss. should i go along with it some more or just stop. i havent replied to their last email yet.
