W/E seemed to really take a personal approach to handling this individual problem, pretty much giving the customer what he wanted at each turn, and to dan45hk for being fair and open minded in getting the problem resolved, I know it was tough at times.When buying thru a ***** shipper, sometimes problems like this arise. That's one of the risks taken when receiving such a significant discount over normal retail prices. IMO both parties here pretty much came out smelling like a rose for having the patience to make their way through it. Nice job guys.</blockquote>
