Yes they are. They are so ruthless that cities like San Francisco have had to ban them. All pits should be put to sleep. They are nothing but ruthless killers. Just look at what Michael Vick's pits could do to another dog.

you sir are a fvcktard, my pit (in my pic i posted) was scared of her own shadow, i can raise a pit to be loving and i can raise a golden retreiver to wanna tear ur *** up. its all on how u raise them, its not their fault their owners abuse them and train em to fight. im getting a house soon and for my move in present i am getting a puppy pit and rotty for my girl, even with my 7 month old son in the house, when i had my pit it was SO protective of my girls niece it was by her side 24/7 and she was 1 yrs old.

Funny.. Ive had 2-3 staffs, and 4-5 american pits and none of them EVER attacked a human that wasnt threatening its territory. I have however have seen my grand mothers poodles draw blood from several of my neices and nephews, As well as my mom and dads chows bout tear my sisters nose off when we were younger. Also seen 2 dobi's tear thier owner apart when a fist fight broke out in his own house.

Its all in how they are bred, And raised.
