SA-12 with a broken bracket.

I messaged this guy on craigslist about an SA-12 and then he said he has another one with a broken bracket but still works. What is a broken bracket? Does he mean basket? He's asking $120 for the good one and $70 for the broken one? Should i pick them up?

k so he did mean broken basket, not bracket. Could i just JB weld it? i'll post a pic when he sends one.
