Sa 12 for 2 AA arsenals

Ive got a chance to trade my Sundown Sa 12 v1and a clarion apa 4203 4 channel for 2 ascendant audio arsenals. What do you guys think? Worth it? The ascendants are rated at 500 watts, is that all they are good for or can they take more? Thanks for any input.
