i own 2 SE's and they are exceleny subs. Also I sell kickers and they are very potent subs also. Its really a toss up, you wont be disapointed either way.

I'd go with the L7. You already have it, and I think the SQ on solos is actually pretty good. And I know they are LOUD! My 12" L5 sealed sounded **** good to me and got pretty **** loud for 1 12"...

Hey let me throw this at you in a sealed box what one would be louder and what one would have better SQ? What one would get lower?

Know compare the 10L7 to a SE12 Ported or not ported. The only reason I ask 10 to 12 is I have the 10L7. Same questions as above. Remeber I only have 500 watts to give it.

Well I just order some RE-RE comps to go with my 10L7

Memphis 500D - 10L7 ported to ? (32)

Refill not sure what speakers if any but the ZX450 is 75X4 or 250X2 so I need to find something. I think 250 is way to much for the RE comps.

yea I would go with the L7. It seems to me that you were having second thoughts because you thought the SE would get louder. I doubt it. SE is a SQ driver sometimes tends to stick to the lower frequencies. I had one ported at 32 HZ and it sounded pretty good for the lil jon, etc music, but when it came to other things like my bay rap stuff, it would hit loud rarely. Then I tried to put it in a sealed box to help out with the "punchy bass" and it wouldnt even hit at all sometimes. I gess it really only likes the lows.
