i would say ship it dry, and offer the MEK and acetone separately, or in some kind of bundle.

i would especially recommend detailed mixing instructions so that people who dont know that humidity and ambient heat effect the curing ala MEK. also for smaller batches so the consumer does not have to do calculations to figure out how much MEK\acetone to use on a 3 ounce mix versus a half gallon container.

thats my 2 cents.

and i think it would not be a hazmat issue if you sell it as a solid rather than a liquid, causing it to be less shipping $$$..

I would like all together cause I dont do a ton of work like that, maybe 1 car I am working on. But on some forums I am on people have numerous old vehicles driving and workind on. I would say 1 & 3 if possible. 1 cause alor of people are DIY cause the want to save money, hence why they are DYI, they can buy a large quantity at once and just pick up the other stuff when they need to use it. 3 for people who may have a small area to do and be done with it.
