yea, nothing new for me......i've done that a couple times w/ cars.....I've had some crazy nitrous setups, and some went BAD

its def fine to run it thru the inside if the car. You will NOT pass tech @ some tracks, but you'll be fine if you're just going to a regular test and tune night. you should definately retard the timing 3-4 degrees, but change the plugs 2 heat ranges cooler than stock, and gap them real close so you get a good burn w/ them. The better the spark the better the fuel will burn, and more power w/ nos. I dont know if you have one, but get a purge kit, b/c they make a HUGE difference on smaller shots like that.

I would dissagree with your teck assesments.....Bottle and line are leagal in car.

I have been drag racing since 1990,I have never burnt a piston......

3 degress should be sufficient, but alot of common kits these days make provisions for that already. 1 Heat range should be ok, just stay the **** away from Denso IK20 and IK24 series. Brisk Racing makes a hell of a plug, but probably more than you want to spend. I have the part number for the Autolite OE replacements that are designed to racing apps, and they're 1, and in some cases, 2 heats ranges colder. They're actually pretty decent and run about $5-6 each, as compared to the Brisks at almost $20/ea.

do it.....lolI actually put a 200hp shot on an old 87 ford escort........it hauled ***, and had crazy torque steer for about 10 minutes.......until I shot a rod thru the block

no....you're wrong. @ some events @ tracks in NJ, tech will not pass you if you have the nos line running the full length in the car. I've been turned away for having the line inside w/ me.

I've been racing for just as long, and have had nos, blowers and hair dryers, so whats your point there?

I've only damaged something w/ nos when I wanted to.......its fun to see how long an escort can go w/ a 200 shot on it.

and your wrong about the nitrous line........almost every outlaw nitrous car

in drag racing has its bottles and lines in the passenger seat area...

If you are referring to Etowns tech personal them guy wouldn't

know legal from illegal.The flag everything they cant understand as illegal
