I would like something like that. Looked for a circle jig at all the hardware stores around her, and nobody had them.

I was going to use a flat bar of aluminum to make one.

I will whip up a program any ideas I can implement? Wound you rather it be a list of sub manufactures with OEM circle specs? Or be rounded to fit all manufacturers?

Pretty sure there was a metal one being made a while back. Either toolmaker or someone else made them.. Been a while.

I don't see the point though. My jasper circle jig still works fine after years and its only like $40.

copy jasper jig for the router pattern, then implement the same idea for different sub sizes. ex. dd-8", dd-10", dd-12", next pattern- sq-8", sq-10", sq-12". use brand and size instead of #'s then its audio specific. nubs would love it.

But how hard is it to look up a subwoofer cutout online and find 16.5" on the jig? Just seems like the jig would be very crowded with subwoofer names that are always changing as well.

I think labeling some standard baskets would be a good idea

The jasper jig can do it all..unless yours is going to be a complete replica and cost half the price. Why does there need to be one specifically for car audio?
