Used but in good condition, couple nicks on the corners of the screen portion(NOT on the screen thou). Its rooted with the latest cyanogenmod7. For those who don't know what it is, it basically is a jailbroken droid to where you can dig deeper into the programming. I haven't messed with it too much besides the free tethering on it. Verizon charges $10/mo for this service. Program can overclock the droid if you wanted to plus TONS of more things you can do. I just never needed to do more with it besides the tethering.
Will come with brand new screen protector, I just had a new one put on last weekend
