Well I have a DL speed of 300kbps and I usually get 20kbps from them.. I wanna hear if more people have problems with their site..

can you guys go to ms-dos and do tracert 217.160.241.56 -- tell me how many hops pop up and if any timeout on yah if you could...

i have 17 hops and 2 timed out..

I got cox high speed at like 500kbps and its almost instant for me, never had any problems.
