96 honda passport ex 3.2L
anybody know if there is supposed to be a fusable like between the battery + and the main fuse/relay box? I have 38 ohm resistance between the two, which obviously won't allow the car to start. small interior lights work, but when i turn on the headlights, they get super dim..
headlights off --> 12.6v at battery
headlights on --> 12.4v at battery
