So I just traded a guy on craigslist my brz 2100 for his T1000, and the Rockford sounds sooo much better. I was wondering if this is because the Rockford is higher quality, or because my electrical is just stock (70a alt and stock batt still) and its too small for the larger amp?

The Rockford Power Series (T) are great amps! You made a helluva deal. They're very underrated as well. The T1000 probably puts out 1400 at 1 so not a whole lot off the Hifonics... But to answer your question the RF is just superior quality than the Hifonics and it's way more effecient so you're probably gaining more watts at less strain on your electri. I'm sure once you upgrade the electrical it will sound even better.

Okay that's what I was thinking. Yeah I know! I love craigslist lol.

Yeah me too. I recently sold a couple 13" Focals in a real nice box for 400 buck a couple months ago. I saw them for sale last night from the same guy for 250 obo! I think I'll buy back my subs for 200 bucks! Lol!
